Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Idiocom, white label eCommerce SAAS Application(the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Instant Access: Upon successful subscription or purchase, you will receive instant access to the Idiocom software through your online account.

Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with your account details and access information will be sent to the registered email address immediately after the transaction is completed.

No Physical Shipment: Since Idiocom is a virtual service, there are no physical products to ship, and hence, no shipping charges apply.

Account Setup

📌 Refund Policy for Idiocom SaaS Software

Application Downtime: If the software experiences significant downtime for more than 72 hours that substantially impacts your use of the service, you may be eligible for a refund.

– Severity of the impact on your use of the service
– Frequency of such downtime events

Refund Process

Evaluation: The request will be reviewed and evaluated by our support team. The decision to grant a refund will be at the sole discretion of the Idiocom product owner.
Decision Notification: You will be notified of the decision within 10 business days of submitting your request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

– Change of mind or personal preference after the purchase
– Lack of use or non-utilization of the service
– Issues arising from user-end technical problems not related to Idiocom software
